Another sunny day awaited as the tent fly sheet was opened. The target for today was Ullapool as Andy wanted to get to the camping shop so he could purchase a warmer sleeping bag.
The day was a bit of a blur and I’ll be honest and say that apart from stopping at Gairloch to grab lunch supplies I can’t remember much else. I reckon it was most likely due to another day of just soaking up the amazing scenery along the way.
Andy pushed on and made it to Ullapool, but went I met him he said the shop didn’t have the sleeping bag and the camping shop owner was a real miserable git. Compared to the 2 previous wild camping spots the campsite at Ullapool with it’s rows and rows of RVs was really drab. Still, it was nice to have a shower and go out for a few beers and a meal.
More pictures for the day.
